Customer Service Operations Assistant

Summary of position

Choice is recognised as one of the UK’s leading independent retailers, stocking a vast selection of men’s and women’s brands. We are currently seeking a hard-working, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be pro-active with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This is a demanding and high-pressure position that requires excellent people and communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail and a strong level of organisation.


Main duties and responsibilities

Liaising with customers via email and telephone correspondence.

Fraud checking and validating orders

Dealing with/escalating customer complaints.

Responding to customer feedback.

Working closely with our dispatch department.

Administration of return items and processing refunds/exchanges

Working with our UK and international couriers

Liaising with our physical stores and communicating with colleagues at all levels.
 
Requirements

Potential candidates should possess a keen interest in fashion with some relevant work experience in an office environment. You must be competent in composing emails and communicating with customers verbally as well as written. You should also have the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude. All candidates will ideally be educated to A-Level or above.

Dispatch Assistant

Summary of position

Choice are currently seeking a hard-working, detail oriented and enthusiastic individual for the role of ‘dispatch assistant’. In order to facilitate an efficient warehouse, a dispatch assistant must perform many different tasks from picking and packing orders to maintaining inventory. This is a demanding and high-pressure position that requires flexibility, organisation skills and excellent communication within a hard working team.


Duties and Responsibilities

Accurately picking and packing of online orders

Quality control check of all items for online orders

Preparing invoices and ensuring items are packed in a presentable manner

Overseeing customer returns and processing return stock

Organizing stock to be sent to allocated retail stores

Liaising with retail stores on a daily basis to secure stock

Labelling and organising new stock arriving into warehouse

Assisting with warehouse/office duties when required

Working as a team to achieve targets

Ensuring a tidy and safe working environment

Requirements

Potential candidates should possess a keen interest in fashion with brand knowledge. Previous experience working within a retail environment would be an advantage.
