Summary of position

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing e-commerce team at our head offices in Romford, whose main responsibilities will be managing our in-house email and affiliate marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be degree educated or have applicable experience using a CRM platform/creating email campaigns, with broader exposure to marketing or previous experience considered a bonus.

Main responsibilities:

Creating engaging email campaigns.

Reporting on performance.

Segmentation/targeting of campaigns.

Data hygiene.

GDPR compliance.

Liaising with marketing agency to assess the performance.

Liaising with affiliate network.

Organising, managing and reporting on affiliate campaign performance.

Scheduling and managing social media strategy.

Back-end website management.

Skills/experience:

Writing engaging content and great copywriting skills.

Experience working for an E-commerce platform.

Excel/Microsoft Office competency.

Experience using a CRM (preferably dotdigital/dotmailer)

Interest in fashion.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent attendance timekeeping.

E-Commerce Content Manager

Summary of position

We are looking for an E-Commerce Content Manager whose main responsibilities will be the everyday running of the website, including product uploads, data management, back-end upkeep and ad-hoc front-end website design.

Becoming the first point of contact for the e-commerce manager, the candidate will aid in managing the wider e-commerce team as a whole, ensuring the smooth running of the team on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress/Visual Composer, extensive knowledge of Excel and experience with HTML.

Additionally, experience using Magento, data entries, database management and exposure to stock management systems would be a bonus.


Duties and Responsibilities

Working alongside the e-commerce manager in the everyday running of the team.

Uploading content on to the website.

Database management.

Dealing with e-commerce related queries/issues.

Maintaining regular staff tasks.

Front-end website design.

Back-end website management.

Requirements
