Summary of position
We are looking for a E-Commerce Content Manager whose main responsibilities will be the everyday running of the website, including product uploads, data management, back-end upkeep and ad-hoc front-end website design. Becoming the first point of contact for the e-commerce manager, the candidate will aid in managing the wider e-commerce team as a whole, ensuring the smooth running of the team on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress/Visual Composer, an extensive knowledge of Excel and experience with HTML. Additionally, experience using Magento, data entries, database management and exposure to stock management systems would be a bonus.
Minimum of 2 years previous e-commerce experience.
Knowledge of Magento, or other CMS.
Knowledge of Wordpress or similar.
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Previous experience working with 3rd party agencies.
Understanding of user experience and customer journey.
Ability to manage own workload.
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
Ideally previous experience working with fashion brands.
