Summary of position

Choice Store are independent retailers of luxury fashion for men, women and kids, stocking a handpicked portfolio of pieces from some of the worlds leading designers. We currently operate stores in Westfield Stratford, Bluewater, Lakeside and Romford.

We currently require a Customer Service Assistant to work within our e-commerce team. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who is capable of providing exceptional levels of customer service, while enhancing customer experience.


Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting customers with email and telephone enquiries.

Working closely with our dispatch team to successfully complete daily tasks.

Operate within our returns department to ensure customers’ returns are dealt with in a timely manner.

Help and advise customers to the best of your ability.

Requirements

Good Microsoft Office skills (excel)

Excellent grammar and communication skills

Works well in a team

Confidence when dealing with customer telephone enquires

Previous customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential

Good timekeeping and attendance

Stratford Store Management Member

 35hrs per week, able to work 5 / 7 days on a Rota basis inclusive of evenings and weekends (additional hours may be offered when needed).

As a member of the Store Management team, you will motivate and organise staff whilst maintaining an efficient and tidy store. Working closely with the Store Manager and other colleagues, you will also liaise with our Head Office.


Duties and Responsibilities

To deliver a luxury level of Customer Service.

Development and training of staff.

Creating an enjoyable and pleasant shopping atmosphere.

Creating and maintaining a positive and engaging work culture.

Maintaining regular staff tasks.

Recognising and rewarding excellent staff performance.

Build relationships with key Head Office personnel.

Requirements

Hands-on and Organised

Able to manage a large team

Work well under pressure

Motivational and team working skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent relationship skills

Experience working with brands

Knowledge of fashion

Excellent attendance timekeeping
