Sales Assistants (Christmas Temps)

Summary of position

We are currently looking to recruit Sales Assistants over the Christmas period at all of our Choice stores. As a Sales Assistant you will be expected to offer a good standard of Customer Service, working closely with the Store Management team. The ideal candidate will be fashion forward individual who are looking to further their experience in Retail. Previous experience within a fashion environment and a flexible approach to working hours will be considered a bonus.

Main responsibilities:

Serving customers in a polite and courteous manner.

Offering assistance with customer needs.

Ensuring that all stock is accurately stored, with ease of access to be selected in preparation for sale.

Ensuring stock is stored in appropriate locations.

Assisting with stock movements.

Reporting of any stock discrepancies.

Maintaining daily and regular stock replenishment for the shop floor.

Skills/experience:

Interest in fashion.

Excellent communication skills.

Helpful and cooperative.

Attention to detail.

Organised.

Work well under pressure.

Motivational and team working abilities.

Excellent attendance timekeeping.

Sales Supervisor

Hours:
 35 hours per week, with the ability to work 5/7 days on a rota basis, inclusive of evenings and weekends
Location:
 Lakeside, Thurrock (womens store)

As a member of the Store Management team you will motivate and organise staff whilst maintaining an efficient and tidy store. Working closely with the Store Manager and other colleagues, you will also liaise with our Head Office. Previous experience within a fashion environment and a flexible approach to working hours is essential.

Main responsibilities:

To deliver a luxury level of Customer Service.

Development of staff.

Creating an enjoyable and pleasant shopping experience.

Creating and maintaining a positive and engaging work culture

Maintaining regular staff tasks.

Skills/experience:

Hands on & organised.

Work well under pressure.

Excellent communication skills.

Motivational and team working skills

Attention to detail.

Experience working with brands and knowledge of fashion.

Excellent attendance and timekeeping.
