Hours:
 40hrs per week, able to work 5 / 7 days on a Rota basis inclusive of evenings and weekends (additional hours may be offered when needed).

Summary of position

As a member of the Store Management team you will motivate and organise staff whilst maintaining an efficient and tidy store. Working closely with the Store Manager and other colleagues, you will also liaise with our Head Office.


Duties and Responsibilities

To deliver a luxury level of Customer Service.

Development and training of staff.

Creating an enjoyable and pleasant shopping atmosphere.

Creating and maintaining a positive and engaging work culture .

Maintaining regular staff tasks.

Recognising and rewarding excellent staff performance.

Build relationships with key Head Office personnel.

Requirements

Hands on and Organised

Able to manage a large team

Work well under pressure

Motivational and team working skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent relationship skills

Experience working with brands

Knowledge of fashion

Excellent attendance timekeeping
