- How do I create an account
You can log in to your Choice Store account by clicking the 'Register / Sign In' link in the top right corner of the home page. This will take you to a page where you will be able to fill in all of your personal, billing and delivery details.
- What are the benefits of creating an account
When you create an account, you will be able to checkout with ease and will not have to enter your personal details each time you place an order. You can view your previous orders and also sign up to and edit your newsletter subscriptions.
- I forgot my password – can you help me
Click on 'Register / Sign In' which is situated on the top right hand corner of the home page. If you have forgotten your password click the 'forgot your password' link that is situated underneath the enter password box. A ‘reset password’ link will then be sent to your registered email address.
- Which payment methods do you accept
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard and UK-based Maestro and Solo cards. We also accept PayPal.
- Can my order be delivered to my university campus/halls of residence
Choice will question university halls of residence or any similar university accommodation when given as a delivery address. This is due to the vulnerability of university campus addresses. If an address of this nature is provided at checkout, an investigation on the address will take place and if we do not see fit to send we will ask you to provide an alternative delivery address. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order.
- How do I know if you have received my order
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. You will receive a further email confirming the dispatch of your order once it is sent.
- Why has my order been cancelled
If your order has been cancelled, we would have sent you an email with an explanation. Please check your inbox and junk/spam boxes, as occasionally emails of this nature can be flagged as junk by your email host. If you have any questions regarding the cancellation of your order, please contact our Online Customer Services.
- Why has my card been declined
Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.
- Which courier do you use for your delivery
For all UK orders we use Interlink Express, DPD, DPD Local. Our International orders are shipped by Global-E (who use multiple Shippers dependent on Region).
- Can I track my order
Yes! When your order is dispatched you will receive an email or text message from our carrier which will contain tracking information.
- When will I get my order

- What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery
Please contact Online Customer Services quoting your order reference number.
- Can I cancel my order
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact our online Customer Services who will be happy to help. Please note we are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
- How can I make a complaint
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service you have received on this occasion.
To make a complaint regarding an online purchase, please contact our Online Customer Services Department
. For orders placed online, we facilitate an internal complaints handling procedure where we will attempt to resolve any disputes you may have within a timely manner. If your dispute remains unresolved to an unsatisfactory level, you may be eligible to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform which can be found here

- Discount Codes & Promotions
All discount codes are subject to availability. All codes served through our newsletters can only be used on Full Priced items unless stated otherwise. The Promotional Code "TAKE20" has now expired as of 16/11/18.
- Can I get student discount
Unfortunately we do not provide discount for student purchases instore or online.
- Can I use an in-store credit note to buy items online
Unfortunately in-store credit notes must be used in-store, we are unable to accept them online.
- Do you have any promotional codes
We display any promotional codes through our website or on our social media channels. If the promotion is not seen on any of our platforms, it will not be valid.
- I am a non EU customer, will I be charged VAT
If you are ordering goods for delivery inside the EU, we will charge UK VAT where applicable. The price is presented in the Euros on the website. If you are shopping in a different currency, UK VAT will then be updated when you select an EU delivery address at the checkout. If you are ordering goods for delivery to a non-EU address, then we will deduct UK VAT where applicable. This will already be reflected in the prices shown on the website if you are browsing a non-EU country. If you are browsing a UK or EU country, UK VAT will be updated when you select a non-EU delivery address at checkout.
